The Art of Eating is the culinary project of chef Matthew Mancuso, a Culinary Institute of America graduate whose kitchen resume includes Le Bernardin, Per Se, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. What began as a recipe blog in 2016 has grown into recipe development, food photography, private chef work, and even a small-batch ice cream label, an ongoing love letter to good food rooted in the Garrison area.
