Signal Fire Bread is a small-batch bakery turning New York grown grain into naturally leavened, wood-fired loaves. Founded by Erin Detrick in 2018 and now co-owned with Liz Rauch, the bakery settled into its Garrison home on Route 9D in 2025, baking everything from baguettes and miche to rye, scones, and cookies, deliberately in small batches. Grab a loaf for the trail or the train.
