Putnam History Museum

Putnam History Museum tells the story of Putnam County and the Hudson Highlands from its home on Chestnut Street in Cold Spring, with exhibits on the West Point Foundry, the Revolutionary-era Highlands, and a research library available by appointment. Formerly the Putnam County Historical Society and Foundry School Museum, it's the place to understand why this village grew up where it did.
