Paulette Cold Spring

Paulette Cold Spring is a hybrid boutique and cafe on Main Street founded by Jacqueline Azria, a longtime fashion stylist, and named for her mother, a French hat designer. The shop pairs European-inspired, largely American-made clothing and home goods with a coffee-and-pastry counter, giving the whole space the feel of a French cafe crossed with a curated closet.
