Octavio's Food Wagon is a seasonal food truck parked at a Route 9D trailhead lot in the Hudson Highlands, a favorite refuel stop for hikers, cyclists, and kayakers off Breakneck Ridge, Bull Hill, and the river paths. Despite the fish-taco reputation, the menu runs broader Mexican and Cuban comfort food, from Cuban sandwiches and short-rib grilled cheese to empanadas and hand-cut fries, with picnic tables and Hudson River views.
