Little Stony Point

Little Stony Point is a short, easy loop on a rocky peninsula off Route 9D just north of Cold Spring village, part of Hudson Highlands State Park. Visitors find a small sandy Hudson River beach with views across to Storm King, a rocky cliff perch, and remnants of old mining in the rock. The parking area is small and fills quickly on nice days, so arrive early; swimming is not permitted.
