Cold Spring Farmers' Market gathers some two dozen Hudson Valley farms and makers every Saturday on the grounds of Boscobel House and Gardens. You'll find just-picked produce, pasture-raised eggs and meat, cheese, fresh fish, and bakery favorites like Signal Fire Bread, plenty of it ready to eat as you stroll. It runs year-round, with slightly shorter winter hours.
