Cold Spring Candy Co. is a boutique vintage-style candy shop and working fudge kitchen near the river end of Main Street. They make fudge on site in flavors like pistachio, chocolate peanut butter, pumpkin, coconut, and vanilla caramel pecan, and round out the shelves with artisan chocolates, retro candy by the pound, and locally jarred honey and maple syrup. Complimentary fudge tastings are part of the visit.
